Everglades area boats tours are a wonderful excursions for the whole family. The 10,000 Islands, Big Cypress and Everglades National Park are a vast wilderness area. The biological diversity is immense. In fact, Everglades National Park was the only park in the national park system to be established for biological considerations rather than its geological features.

This area is totally natural … Florida like it was long ago. No condos, no concrete, no roadways. We take a "leave no trace" approach with our tours to minimize any impact that we have on the wildlife.

We take pride in our knowledge of the local eco systems and seek to share what we know with our guests so each trip is an educational experience. All our guides/captains are either Florida Certified Naturalists, environmental engineers or educators.

Our tours are never "canned" … each trip has to be different. The area's wildlife move around in order to exist in their world. Many species are seasonal and inhabit different area in different environmental conditions, so we must adapt as well. Throughout the year, over 300 species of birds call the area home.

Common sightings are ospreys, bald eagles, white ibis, rosette spoonbills, egrets, herons, pelicans, hawks, oyster catchers, terns, etc. Dolphins, manatees, sting rays and alligators are also very common. But, be sure to check the "What's New/Announcements" page to know what we have been seeing recently. Have you ever seen a black bear swimming between islands?

Tours leave daily, but only on a reservation basis. One of our most popular boat leaves out of Caxambas Pass in Marco Island.

The tour fee is $95 person and is limited to six with a three person minimum. Reservations are required. Expect the tour to last approximately three hours, but again, these trips are not canned. The trips usually leave in the morning and/or after lunch, but we can, accommodate your schedule as needed. Bring your snacks, favorite drinks, hat, sunglasses and have a great time!!!
