Everglades Area Tours rental location is at JT's Island Café and Gallery on Chokoloskee Island. All year long, Chokoloskee Island is, by far, the best launch site in the area for the day paddler. All other locations require an open water crossing of Chokoloskee Bay and dealing with swift river currents. Included are an Outfitted Canoe for two; Kitchen/Cooking Pack for Two; Camping Package for Two; Filtered water and trip planning assistance. You stop by the store for your groceries!

All guests must have VHF radio, proper charts, a compass and demonstrate the ability to use all these items. We will not rent you equipment without these. Your safety is paramount to us. If you do not have these safety items, please consider owning them for future use. We will have a navigation/electronics rental package available for an additional $20 per day, per group.
Kayak Delivery and Water Shuttles
We service three launch sites on the Island. However, for an additional fee we will deliver the kayaks to other launch sites or you can take them with you. For a truly great experience, try a water shuttle with one of our kayak transport boats to a remote location in the Park.

Water Shuttles
If you want to get deeper in the Park on your kayak/canoe tour, consider our shuttle service to provide the best experience possible. All gear, kayaks and guests are transported to a remote campsite avoiding the time and exertion of a long paddle.
