Guided Everglades Bicycle Eco-Tours

Observe and enjoy the Everglades in its natural state. The Everglades offers scenic beauty that may escape visitors at first glance. It requires close inspection and rewards those who take the time to observe and explore its natural treasure. Traveling by bicycle allows the freedom to explore this subtropical paradise of cypress swamps, freshwater marshes, wet and dry prairies, and rare tropical hardwood hammocks. Few places in the world can rival the variety and diversity of the more than 440 species of birds, mammals and reptiles.

Tours are available throughout the year. Guests will experience many different ecological areas in one tour, at their own pace, quietly with an unobstructed view. Wildlife viewing is excellent and we have been privileged to observe the Florida panther, black bear, dear, otters, bobcat, alligators, turkey, boar, mink, rare birds and beautiful butterflies. We ride among rare and endangered plants such as orchids, tropical flowering trees, rare ferns, fruit trees, towering palms, rare hardwood trees, herbs and bromeliads.
This is not mountain biking. This area does not support any off road riding because of the environmental concerns.
Morning and afternoon tours are available. The tour costs just $89.00 per person. Reservations are required and there is a 10 person limit. Transportation to and from your hotel or residence is available for an additional fee. The minimum age is 12.
